We are looking for highly motivated Business Growth Consultants to help us land new projects and expand our reach across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

The Role

We need results-driven deal closers who can identify and secure high-value projects for our agency. This is a fractional, commission-based role—you’ll be rewarded generously for every contract you bring in. The more deals you close, the more you earn. If you’re an ambitious business development expert looking for a high-impact opportunity with long-term potential, this is for you!

Responsibilities

✅ Identify and secure custom software development projects for businesses in various industries.
✅ Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for international markets (North America, Europe, and the Middle East).
✅ Build relationships with startups, enterprises, investors, vc firms, venture studios, and more looking to develop MVPs and new software products.
✅ Explore potential partnerships and collaborations that could drive revenue growth.
✅ Work closely with the founder to refine our market positioning and revenue strategy.
✅ Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in business development, sales, or revenue growth within tech or software services.
✔ Strong network and ability to connect with decision-makers in target markets.
✔ Self-starter with a hunter mentality—you thrive on winning deals.
✔ Experience selling custom software solutions, SaaS, or AI-driven products is a plus.
✔ Familiarity with global markets, especially Europe, the Middle East, or North America.
✔ Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities
